THUNDERSCOPE
ThunderScope has been especially designed for 3D quality control purpose. The all-in-one optical device provides fast height map acquisition for 3D inspection such as depth, roughness or form measurements.
Instead of using traditional motorized means such as stepper motors or piezo devices, ThunderScope uses a proprietary optical assembly for 3D scanning integrating the latest advances of digital lens technology, leading to accurate and highly repeatable z-steps for 3D inspection.
ThunderScope includes all necessary software tools for easy integration on automated platforms.
Sucessfully used for applications such as:
