LumiSTAR's One-Step ELISA Antigen Detection Kit

LumiSTAR's Spike Protein ELISA Kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of the SARS-CoV-2 Spike Protein, subunit S1 or S2 in serum and cell culture supernatants.

This assay employs a ELISA principle and is suitable for rapid quantitative determination of SARS-CoV2 Spike Protein concentrations. Except absorbance OD 450, we also have Chemiluminescence (RLU) for detection and quantification.
