Hamamatsu 自己研發的背照式晶片,再次將 sCMOS推向另一個世界。即使同爲背照式晶片 sCMOS,也沒辦法與 BT比較。背照式晶片最大的亮點在於其量子效率 Quantum efficiency (QE)有感提升,從82%提升至95%。讓Hamamatsu sCMOS也能踏入EM-CCD的應用領域,不論是單分子成像 (single molecule imaging)或超解析顯微鏡成像 (super resolution microscopy imaging)。ORCA-Fusion BT將不亞於 EM-CCD, 反而還提供了更高解析度,更大視野範圍 (更適用於60X水鏡/油鏡),更高速的單分子成像及超解析顯微鏡成像。此外,Fusion BT的收光範圍也納入常用的第四通道螢光 Near-infrared (600nm-900nm)。目前大部分 CCD/CMOS在 NIR區的成像上都非常的困難,但對 Fusion BT將不是問題。
